Your Privacy Rights

Ionia International Trade LLC (“Ionia,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy rights. We do not sell your personal information. However, various laws provide individuals with specific rights regarding their personal data. This page explains those rights and how you can exercise them.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or sharing of your personal information. While Ionia does not sell personal data in the traditional sense, some of our online tracking (for example, via cookies or pixels) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under these laws.

Opt-Out Request: If you want to request that we do not sell or share your personal information, please let us know. You can do this by filling out the appropriate form on our website or by contacting us using the information below. We will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from supported browsers as a valid opt-out request. (GPC is a browser setting that signals your preference to opt out of data sales/sharing.)

We will process your request based on the information you provide and refrain from selling or sharing your data unless you later authorize it. To limit the use of any sensitive personal information about you (as defined by applicable law) or to exercise other privacy rights, please see the instructions in the next section.

Your Privacy Rights Under Applicable Laws

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following privacy rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know/Access – You can request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, and share about you. This includes the categories of data, the sources, the purposes for collection, and any third parties with whom we have shared it.
  • Right to Correction – You can ask us to correct any inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Deletion – You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes).
  • Right to Data Portability – You have the right to obtain a copy of personal information you provided to us, in a portable and, where feasible, readily usable format.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing – You can direct us not to sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as noted above.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information – If we collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, financial information, etc.), you can instruct us to use it only for necessary services (if applicable).
  • Right to Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. This means we won’t deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights, except as permitted by law.
  • Additional Rights (GDPR and others) – If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, Turkey, or other regions with privacy laws, you have additional rights such as the right to object to or restrict our processing of your data, and the right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority in your country.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights above, please contact us with your specific request. You may reach us by email at info@ioniatrade.com or by mail at:

For certain requests (such as access, deletion, or correction), we may need to verify your identity to ensure we are fulfilling the request for the correct individual. Verification may include matching information you provided with data in our systems or asking for additional confirmation. If you authorize someone else (an “authorized agent”) to make a request on your behalf, we may ask that you provide written permission or other proof of the agent’s authority, and we will still take steps to verify your identity directly.

We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by law (generally within 45 days for California, which may be extended by an additional 45 days if necessary with notice to you). If we need more information to fulfill your request, we will let you know. In some cases, we might deny or limit your request if we have a lawful reason – for example, if fulfilling a deletion request would interfere with a legal obligation or legitimate interest, or if we cannot verify your identity. If we decline any part of your request, we will explain the reason to you (unless we’re not allowed to by law).

If you have any questions about your privacy rights or our processes, please review our Global Privacy Notice (which provides more detail on our data practices) or reach out to us at info@ioniatrade.com. We are committed to transparency and will do our best to address your concerns.
